We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you can return your Lumobar LED light under the conditions below:

Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

• To start a return, email us at snogeshrattar@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us with a photo of the issue.

• Items not in their original condition or past 30 days from delivery

Return Shipping
